Dr. Kimberly Miller holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Transformational Leadership, supported by advanced graduate study in Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior Management (Applied Behavior Analysis).

Her academic preparation is complemented by extensive executive leadership experience, allowing her to apply evidence-based performance science in real organizational settings. Dr. Miller’s work is grounded in Human Performance Improvement (HPI)—focusing on closing performance gaps through learning strategy, leadership alignment, systems design, and measurable behavior change.

Drawing on a diverse background as a sitting college president, entrepreneur, organizational leader, and consultant, Dr. Miller partners with organizations to design enterprise learning and development solutions that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate role readiness, and deliver sustained performance outcomes.

Rather than emphasizing credentials in isolation, her approach integrates research, practice, and executive accountability to ensure learning translates into real-world impact.
